What resolutions do you offer?
We offer 4K image resolutions and 8K image resolutions.
The 4K resolutions are mainly aiming for private consumers who for example whish to print a poster or a desktop wallpaper.
The 8K resolutions are mainly aiming at professionals who need to work with high-res images.
Can I use 4K images for commercial use?
Absolutly. You do not neet to optain 8K images when 4K images are all you need for commercial usage. You can use any of our products for both private and commercial usage.
When will my downloads expire?
Short answer: Never!
Long answer: Never, except we may remove a product from our catalog. This will barely happen but one never knows so it's a good idea to keep a backup.
Why can't I refund a purchase?
Digital Assets are not refundable.
One could easily create a copy/backup of the digital product, "send it back" and work with the created copy. Therefore digital assets are not included in the EU 14 day return policy.
